Despierta / Wake Up

S. Los nuestros

ENGLISH DESCRIPTION

We make most of our life decisions while we sleep, almost driven by a state of inertia. When we react, steps have already been taken, and the rest of the time we are there, trapped, trying to do something about what we didnt even know we had decided.

There are things that cant be undone. To try means facing frustration.

On the contrary, a journey to our inner world becomes necessary.

If we track what we do and feel, we gain freedom and the urgent possibility of knowing our deepest desires.

Who am I? What do I want? How do I want it?

Being aware of what we feel, saying it, touching it, naming it, are ways in which we take hold of our lives. The sooner we wake up from our inner world, the wiser and more honest our decisions will be.

Wake Up is a step towards a truthful existence. An invitation to know ourselves and tread on steady and strong.

Always to where our heartbeat guides us.

Yes. Ours.
